Close Virtual Account
POST/virtual-accounts/:VirtualAccountID/close
Request closure of one of your virtual accounts. Returns 202 Accepted when closure has been requested or is already in progress, and 200 OK when the virtual account is already closed.

Conflict. This attempt did not apply. Retry the same request; a repeated 409 means the stored state cannot accept the change, so the request must change.
